Where It All Began

The Origins

My father taught me that trust is earned through actions, not words.

He spent his life at sea, facing challenges that required judgement, responsibility and respect for the sea.

From him I learned the value of commitment and the importance of doing things properly.

I entered the maritime world in 1986, driven by curiosity and the desire to understand how an industry so essential to global trade could work better for the people who rely on it. Over the years, I had the privilege of working within a Flag Administration, where I learned the complexity behind every regulation and the importance of each decision.

In 2009, I founded Maritime & Corporate Affairs to offer independent advisory services with a practical, solution-focused approach. Later, I was honoured to be appointed Deputy Registrar of the Palau International Ship Registry and Advisor to the Consulate General of the Republic of Panama.

Today, after almost four decades in this industry, what continues to inspire me is the same as on day one: helping people navigate complexity and achieve their goals with confidence.

The sea taught me discipline. People taught me purpose.

Professional Philosophy

Regulations change.
Integrity does not.

Professional judgement is built through experience.

Trust is earned through consistency.

Integrity is a choice made every day.
